- Technologist and systems thinker, comfortable in technical conversations and able to translate complex ideas into simple terms.
- Data-driven and comfortable diving into data to answer own questions.
- Passionate about AI and its applications.
- Experience with AI and automation technologies.
- Ability to own metrics and constantly seek improvement.
- Familiarity with GenAI and its applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development for either quoting or automation systems, including new carrier integrations and ongoing maintenance.
- Own high-profile integrations with major partners, shaping the growth of Jerry's marketplace.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and insurance experts to enhance both back-end performance and customer experience.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce maintenance costs and improve system resilience.
