The company is looking for a sales and rebate programs specialist to manage customer relationships, sales engagement, and rebate activities, aiming to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Group Purchasing Organization experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer QBRs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Sales Rep engagement, including weekly sales meetings for all teams.
- Manage the Matrix customer-facing inbox.
- Handle contract administration and sales engagement for all new Matrix members.
- Redesign and maintain the Matrix program tracker to be utilized across teams.
- Implement new vendors, including marketing collaboration, sales engagement, and management of sales incentive plans.
- Maintain the SharePoint site and all sales-facing documents.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or rebate program management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
