The Baldwin Group is seeking a Product Manager to manage the entire product lifecycle of their Medicare Group, aligning strategies with business objectives and goals.
Requirements
- Experience with AgencyBloc
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Familiarity with insurance technology or other financial regulatory environments (Preferred).
- Familiarity with tools like Airtable ProductCentral, Figma, Balsamiq, Vercel, Loveable.dev (Preferred).
- Experience working with both custom-built digital products and Salesforce (Preferred).
- Experience with project management tools like Jira (Preferred).
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Segment, etc.) (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with The Baldwin Group’s mission and Long-Term Plan (LTP).
- Implement Data-Driven Decision Making to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and optimize product offerings.
- Validate new ideas through experimentation, A/B testing, and user feedback.
- Optimize User Experience by incorporating feedback into product iterations to ensure products are intuitive, secure, and user-friendly.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, regularly prioritizing features and enhancements based on business goals and customer feedback.
- Lead Technical Collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executive teams to drive product success from concept to launch.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility during the product discovery and delivery process.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, negotiate, and deliver feedback.
- Ability to analyze data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
