Hidrostal LLC is seeking a Product Sales Manager to lead the growth of their mobile diesel pump division, aiming to expand market reach, build customer relationships, and drive sales in a growing industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales success (pump industry, equipment rental, or related field preferred).
- Proven track record with reps/distributor management and technical sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of wastewater pumping and applications.
- Tech savvy with disciplined CRM usage.
- Customer-first mindset and strong understanding of the Rep/Engineer/Contractor/End User ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute bold sales strategies to hit (and exceed!) targets.
- Unlock new markets and customer segments with a sharp eye for opportunity.
- Build rental company partnerships and turn them into powerhouse accounts.
- Know mobile diesel pumps inside and out—and show off their value.
- Deliver demos, lead training, and inspire confidence in customers and teams alike.
- Prospect, close deals, and celebrate wins.
- Support customers with onsite visits, troubleshooting, and product training.

- Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for execution and results.
- Excellent communication skills—written, spoken, and presenting.
- Comfortable motivating reps, influencing engineers, and guiding end users.
- Travel 50%+—building relationships, winning projects, and driving success.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a strong driving record.
- Overnight travel expected.
