The business problem is to provide operational support to the Mortgage Capital Markets Operations and ensure plans and initiatives are executed in support of the business strategies and objectives, while complying with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures at Scotiabank.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Onboarding, integration with clients to the platform, coordinating with back office on account setup, cash management / treasury services
- Manage data integration by developing and maintaining the business advance file specifications used to capture all required loan activity
- Act as primary technology client contact and liaison between client and vendor/internal technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Create and maintain policies and procedures around business functions and the adherence of the firm and client's privacy and security policies
- Facilitate the collection of data and document requirements for user interface defects, enhancements, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) of various business applications
- Manage various product initiatives for the business while balancing expectations of various stakeholders
- Develop a robust understanding of supported mortgage products and address internal inquiries in a timely & professional fashion
