Dell is looking to define and drive the end-to-end strategy for 1st and 3rd party gaming software, hardware enablement, next-gen experiences, partner integration, and business management to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that elevate the gaming ecosystem across client devices, displays, peripherals, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a product manager/planner/strategist role; must include experience in gaming software/hardware industry and have a deep understanding of emerging technologies in gaming (AI, immersive UX, etc.)
  • Background in product lifecycle management, partner collaboration and financial planning
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional initiatives and partner relationships
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving innovation

Responsibilities

  • Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Lead the creation of hardware and software enablement plans, including next-generation experience strategies that align with overarching business objectives
  • Design Partner Playbooks: Build comprehensive frameworks to guide integrated partner strategies, execution timelines and collaborative initiatives
  • Create Financial Models: Produce budget forecasts, monetization strategies and ensure compliance with rebate programs to support financial planning and performance
  • Manage Innovation Pipeline: Oversee the development of prototypes and proof-of-concepts to drive innovation in next-generation gaming experiences
  • Build Operational Dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resource utilization, revenue performance, and partner engagement

  • Create the end-to-end strategy for first- and third-party gaming software and hardware enablement to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that elevate the gaming ecosystem.
  • The base salary range for this position is $180K - $250K.
