Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the plant nutrition portfolio.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Define product positioning, target market segments, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, development, testing, and commercialization.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure product efficacy, safety, and compliance.
- Manage product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and industry trends to inform product development.
