ClinicMind is looking to own the development, adoption, and monetization of its RCM analytics platform. The business problem is to ensure that dashboards not only get built but are adopted, monetized, and deliver measurable business value for both ClinicMind and its clients, by turning operational insights into a revenue-generating product line.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in RCM operations, analytics, or product management
- Proven ability to manage RCM systems, SOPs, AR performance, and dashboards
- Strong skills in market analysis, ROI evaluation, and assumption testing
- Experience designing, launching, and scaling products or features in healthcare SaaS is highly desirable
- rigorous assumption testing, client validation, and ROI measurement are core to this role
- Ensure every feature has a clear ROI case — either in client adoption, revenue growth, or churn reduction
- Develop a roadmap broken into features that: a) Capture net new customers b) Increase revenue per customer c) Reduce churn
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of dashboards with current ClinicMind clients
- Audit and optimize accounts to ensure consistent feature rollout across the base
- Manage dashboard refinement, based on client feedback and usage data
- Roll out new/missing high-value features that increase utility for existing accounts
- Collaborate with design and QA to ensure features deliver actionable insights
- Build pricing and packaging strategy for dashboards (premium tiers, add-ons, API access)
- Track adoption metrics, revenue contribution, and impact on retention
