Apple is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of technology that attracts, evaluates, and hires talent by designing, building, and continuously improving tools for their recruiting operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR technology product management experience, including hands-on delivery with engineering teams.
  • Experience in an in-house recruiting product or process role designing and implementing cross-system recruiting processes from design through delivery, including ongoing support and continuous improvement.
  • Strong ability to analyze and manage cross-functional dependencies (business, technical and legal/regulatory).
  • Track record of driving clarity in ambiguous situations and enabling quick, informed tradeoff decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build consensus, and drive decisions across diverse teams and leadership levels.
  • Skilled at listening to stakeholders and translating requests into solutions that solve the underlying business problems.
  • Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements and the creativity to solution within regulatory boundaries.

Responsibilities

  • Translate recruiting business needs into clear product requirements that improve efficiency, compliance, and create an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve ATS features and integrations.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle - from research and requirements gathering to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Anticipate and manage upstream and downstream dependencies across multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate complex discussions by uncovering the “why” behind requests and driving decisions that balance business and technical tradeoffs.
  • Visualize concepts in real time (slides, whiteboards, documents) to clarify options and capture decisions.
  • Ensure recruiting processes and tools meet compliance requirements, while designing user-friendly solutions and intuitive workflows.

  • Collaborate across time zones (Pacific time and India) as part of a global team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with varied stakeholders (executives, recruiters, hiring managers, engineering, operations, legal, privacy, etc.).
