Requirements
- 5+ years of HR technology product management experience, including hands-on delivery with engineering teams.
- Experience in an in-house recruiting product or process role designing and implementing cross-system recruiting processes from design through delivery, including ongoing support and continuous improvement.
- Strong ability to analyze and manage cross-functional dependencies (business, technical and legal/regulatory).
- Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements and the creativity to solution within regulatory boundaries.
- Track record of driving clarity in ambiguous situations and enabling quick, informed tradeoff decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build consensus, and drive decisions across diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Skilled at listening to stakeholders and translating requests into solutions that solve the underlying business problems.
Responsibilities
- Translate recruiting business needs into clear product requirements that improve efficiency, compliance, and create an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve ATS features and integrations.
- Manage the full product lifecycle - from research and requirements gathering to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
- Anticipate and manage upstream and downstream dependencies across multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Facilitate complex discussions by uncovering the “why” behind requests and driving decisions that balance business and technical tradeoffs.
- Visualize concepts in real time (slides, whiteboards, documents) to clarify options and capture decisions.
- Ensure recruiting processes and tools meet compliance requirements, while designing user-friendly solutions and intuitive workflows.
