Aravo Solutions, Inc. is seeking an empathetic and customer-obsessed Product Manager to help shape the future of the Aravo Platform, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through AI-native solutions and a user-centric approach.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully delivering products with large user populations and a high degree of system configurability.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a history of translating solution-first requests into user-centric problem statements.
- Comfortable using AI tools in your daily work and innately curious about new technologies and their practical application.
- Prior experience working on AI-powered products is a plus.
- A history of using application data (metrics, logs, reporting) to drive prioritization and make informed decisions.
- Experience with agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Productboard.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product roadmap and backlog, using data, user research, and market insights to drive prioritization and alignment.
- Actively leverage and experiment with AI tools to increase your effectiveness and speed as a product manager.
- Identify new ways to leverage emerging technologies to create innovative solutions for our customers.
- Use a data-informed approach to define detailed requirements and drive quantifiable improvements for our customers and the business.
- Work closely with support, customer success, engineering, UX, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and customer obsession.
- Identify and pursue new product and packaging opportunities to drive growth and market leadership.
Other
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products, ideally working with Enterprise customers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Travel: 10%-20%
- Experience with legacy, monolith systems transitions
- Working closely with customer success/experience teams aligning product outcomes to customer satisfaction/retention KPIs
