Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the bank's objectives and customer needs.
- Manage a portfolio of small business banking products, including performance evaluation, opportunity identification, and compliance oversight.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product direction.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog; collaborate with technology, operations, and other cross-functional partners to ensure effective delivery.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable insights and product enhancements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales, to support product success.
- Monitor product performance, identify and mitigate risks, and regularly report progress to leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a relevant role within the banking industry.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
