Ascension is looking to improve the user experience for digital scheduling and needs a Product Manager to define, support, and mature the roadmap for their digital scheduling products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for development teams, with a track record of leading product initiatives.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Product Roadmaps.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, metrics, and KPIs gained from hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and data analytics (Amplitude, Tableau, GA, etc) tools.
  • Experience with "Find a Doctor" platforms, or similar healthcare-related products is a plus
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the product visionary for your product
  • Manage and lead the product through the entire life cycle, from discovery/prediscovery, managing requirements, to execution and release.
  • Understand the business vision, needs, values, and KPIs, translating these into clear product strategies.
  • Create and maintain Product Roadmaps.
  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the product team, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment.
  • Own the health and evolution of products within the portfolio, ensuring the team is working towards stakeholder goals.
  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to understand how the product impacts business objectives.
