Ascension is looking to improve the user experience for digital scheduling and needs a Product Manager to define, support, and mature the roadmap for their digital scheduling products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for development teams, with a track record of leading product initiatives.
- Experience creating and maintaining Product Roadmaps.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, metrics, and KPIs gained from hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and data analytics (Amplitude, Tableau, GA, etc) tools.
- Experience with "Find a Doctor" platforms, or similar healthcare-related products is a plus
- Healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the product visionary for your product
- Manage and lead the product through the entire life cycle, from discovery/prediscovery, managing requirements, to execution and release.
- Understand the business vision, needs, values, and KPIs, translating these into clear product strategies.
- Create and maintain Product Roadmaps.
- Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the product team, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment.
- Own the health and evolution of products within the portfolio, ensuring the team is working towards stakeholder goals.
- Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to understand how the product impacts business objectives.
