Snap Inc. is looking for a Product Manager to join their Revenue Product team to drive innovation and performance across their advertising platform, empowering businesses to achieve success and measurable growth through advertising on Snap.
Requirements
- Proven ability to define and drive strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple product development cycles.
- Deep understanding of user behavior, with the ability to translate insights into innovative ad experiences.
- Full stack PM experience, with a deep understanding of front-end user interaction to back-end delivery mechanisms.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of ad formats from interaction design to delivery to create high-performing ad experiences.
- Define and champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative and engaging new ad experiences across the Snapchat ecosystem.
- Drive innovation in how ads are presented and interacted with, ensuring formats are both engaging for users and effective for advertisers.
- Proactively identify and prioritize novel opportunities to connect Snapchatters and advertisers in new parts of our app
- Evolve our Sponsored Snaps ad product based on rigorous testing and interaction
- Synthesize robust quantitative and qualitative data into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Establish and rigorously analyze key metrics to inform strategic product decisions and prioritization.
Other
- Collaborate closely with a talented cross-functional team of designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to uncover user behaviors, identify emerging trends, and unlock new avenues for growth.
- Partner effectively with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Product Marketing to iteratively build, rigorously test, and successfully launch impactful products.
