Procore is looking to develop and enhance its high-volume, business-critical Project Management tools, essential to the timely and successful delivery of construction projects worldwide. This role is at the intersection of core product strength and future innovation, demanding a leader who can balance the needs of a demanding user base with ambitious, long-term technical vision.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience building and delivering successful SaaS products in a Product Management or equivalent role.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to clearly articulate and defend roadmap choices when managing competing requests from various internal teams and customers.
- Solid product fundamentals including definition of detailed user stories, managing functional requirements, and establishing measurable metrics for features after launch.
- A passion for technology and automation, with a curiosity for how AI/Machine Learning can be applied to eliminate manual steps in enterprise workflows.
- Experience working with Engineering and Design teams in an agile process to deliver end-user experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with other product teams and stakeholders to collect feedback and influence
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, prioritization, and execution for a high-volume workflow tool, expertly balancing the needs of our core market with investment in strategic growth initiatives.
- Partner directly with existing construction customers to understand use case, pain points, and ‘quick wins’ to drive near, and long term adoption and value
- Create compelling demos and partner with our go-to-market teams to position the product and support revenue impact across Procore
- Become well-versed in the construction industry and its diverse challenges to guide and communicate the value you’re creating for customers
- Balance customer empathy with horizontal solution thinking by identifying platform approaches that solve multiple problems at once
- Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process
- Collaborate with teams across Procore to build collaboration solutions that support multiple use cases and workflow across the Procore platform

- Experience or enthusiasm for collaborating with globally distributed teams and building alignment across different time zones using clear, effective communication.
- This position reports into the Group Product Manager, Project Management Core Tools and will be based in our office in Austin, TX.
