Cardinal Health at-Home is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of their commerce websites and integration platforms to drive best-in-class customer experience and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of SQL programming experience for data retrieval, analysis and updates, with good working knowledge of table joins, aggregate, and grouping functions preferred.
  • Technical fluency and understanding of HL7 (e.g., ADT, ORM, DFT), EDI (e.g., 850, 810), API integrations preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with JIRA and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Execute product roadmap for internal and customer-facing applications and 3rd party integrations.
  • Write SQL queries to extract data to troubleshoot issues and discover actionable insights.
  • Support integrations with EMR/ERP systems using HL7 (e.g., ADT, ORM, DFT), EDI (e.g., 850, 810), and APIs.
  • Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog and sprints.
  • Support UAT, technical enablement, training materials, communications and Hypercare.

Other

  • Partner with IT, channel marketing, operations, 3rd party vendors to ensure thoughtful planning and execution of projects and enhancements.
  • Prioritize work items with stakeholders based on return on investment and benefits.
  • Partner with legal, privacy, and compliance stakeholders to ensure all solutions meet regulatory standards.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management experience, with a strong understanding of ownership responsibilities from discovery to delivery preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to product decisions.
  • Experience in supply chain distribution is preferred.
