Komatsu is looking to lead the development, delivery, and lifecycle management of integrated technology solutions across internal teams and external supplier networks for their Surface Haulage Business Unit (SHBU) products, focusing on implementation, cross-functional coordination, and value creation through data ownership and analytics.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or technology integration.
- Experience working with external partners or co-development projects is highly valued.
- General understanding of IoT systems, connected devices, cloud data ecosystems, and data pipeline architecture (Competency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools a plus)
- Ability to navigate partner systems and tools to access critical data for analytics and performance validation.
- Experience with collaborative product development and partner-led innovation.
- Ability to lead and manage interdependent initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, through influence and build consensus across internal and external teams.

Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data Science, Marketing, or related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus)

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
