Blue Bottle Coffee is looking for a Product Manager to develop business strategies and seasonal assortment plans to drive sales and profits for both cafe and e-commerce channels, while identifying category opportunities and developing new products.
Requirements
- Operate in PLM and data reporting applications.
- Advanced knowledge of retail math.
- Highly proficient to advanced in Excel and PPT or Google slides and presenting.
- 5+ years of experience of Buying/Merchandising experience.
- High taste level, with a keen understanding of cultural, design and beverage trends.
- Extensive understanding of merchandise development processes used in retail environments.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize work and resources across long- and short-term needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, present, and recap sales trends to leadership teams.
- Identify risks and opportunities in the product portfolio.
