Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience or equivalent expertise in program/project management, product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Strong understanding of delivery of customer experiences and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery lifecycle and processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management and release activities across service, operations, product, technology, design and data partners and collaborates to ensure adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Governs product standards, hygiene and controls
- Coordinate with Product Owner/Area Product Owners on product roadmap planning, optimize prioritization and bring transparency to health of initiatives – owns coordination of the overall Small Business Card Roadmap.
- Leads a team of high-performing program and release managers to drive consistent management of critical programs with quality that results in early risk and issue identification/mitigation and enables communication and transparency with stakeholders.
