Ariston USA is looking to fill a Product Manager role to manage all activities between Engineering, Production, Quality, Sales and Marketing and the market place to achieve the best positive EVA possible for all new and existing products. This role is responsible for supporting and supplying the sales force with the necessary marketing tools to maximize product sales.
Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in product development with industry knowledge of water heaters and boilers.
- Experienced in the applications of: MS Office, which includes Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Proficient computer skills using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in HVAC, hydronic heating or water heating products.
Responsibilities
- Indentify new products, suggests product improvements and modifications based on marketing studies and analysis of customer needs and wants.
- Defines and develops marketing tools such as product literature (both sales and technical), advertising, videos, comparison competitive spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations for promotion of all products.
- Provides individual product sales forecasts.
- Analyze markets for Ariston Group’s products. Recommend additions, deletions, modifications, sales promotions, and literature improvements.
- Recommends and establishes pricing levels, policies and discount schedules based on costs and the competitive market.
- Education and training for field sales on new products.
- Explore and identify potential markets for new and existing products.

- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
- Maintains records and develop reports to track area activity.
- Accepts other responsibilities as requested by the V.P. Sales & Marketing.
