Techstra Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to lead their Web Access Management (WAM) services, ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable access to enterprise applications. This role is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for WAM solutions, while working closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams. The Product Manager will balance business needs, user experience, and compliance requirements to deliver effective identity and access services across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Web Access Management platforms (e.g., PingAccess, Oracle Access Manager, CA SiteMinder, ForgeRock, Okta Access Gateway).
- Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, Kerberos, LDAP).
- Familiarity with web and application servers (Apache, IIS, NGINX, WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss).
- Experience with reverse proxy, load balancing, DNS, and SSL/TLS certificate management.
- Proficiency with scripting/automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Drive the adoption of modern authentication and authorization standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA,RBAC, Access Management, Azure AD, Ping Identity web access management engineer: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Web Access Management platforms (e.g., PingAccess, Oracle Access Manager, CA SiteMinder, ForgeRock, Okta Access Gateway).
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Web Access Management services, aligning with enterprise identity and access management (IAM) strategy.
- Drive the adoption of modern authentication and authorization standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, Zero Trust principles).
- Manage the lifecycle of WAM integrations, ensuring new and existing applications are onboarded securely and efficiently.
- Oversee vendor relationships, evaluate emerging WAM technologies, and guide tool selection and upgrades.
- Track KPIs such as user adoption, service availability, onboarding speed, and compliance adherence.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and governance activities related to access management.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master when needed, ensuring timely delivery of features and services.

- Partner with stakeholders across security, IT, and business units to define requirements and prioritize features.
- Act as a bridge between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into actionable requirements.
- Develop communication, training, and documentation to promote awareness and usage of WAM services.
