TikTok is seeking to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and third parties within the ecosystem to create and deliver the most engaging creative experiences to end users, and the Product Marketing and Operations Manager role is critical in providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring success across key products and business initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in a product marketing/operations role in AI landscape, or roles in the tech/ad industry
- Passion to learn and use AI products
- Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals
- Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven
- Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial and error iterations, and constantly improving
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of go-to-market plans to support the launch and adoption of Generative AI products and new features
- Analyze user behavior, inbound feedback, and market signals to surface insights that help shape product direction and decisions
- Uncover new product and business opportunities through a mix of data-driven research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, UX, Communications, Sales, and Strategy—to align on priorities and bring features to market effectively
- Support relationship-building efforts with external AI partners to enhance our product ecosystem and unlock co-development potential
