The company is looking to develop and execute marketing strategies for innovative ingredients used in beauty applications, bridging the gap between R&D, sales, and marketing to ensure product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans align with customer needs and industry trends. They need to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies for product launches, communication materials, and strategic activities and projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, and design software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva).
- Familiarity with ingredient manufacturing and B2B market is a plus.
- Knowledge of cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) is preferred
- Understanding of current OSHA Safety practices & procedures is preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver emailers with captivating subject lines 2x per month and measure open rates for optimization of messaging globally.
- Utilize A/B testing to optimize response to emailers and ads.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns through the use of various outlets, including sales tools, planner tools, digital, social media, and events.
- Assist in conducting keyword research and optimizing website content for SEO.
- Create marketing collateral including product datasheets, brochures, presentations, and digital content tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and product engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Author and oversee the development of technical marketing content, including scientific posters and white papers, advertisements, digital tools, sales presentations, promotional presentations, sales library & marketing database.
