Requirements
- Experience leveraging AI for content generation and to accelerate execution
- Experience in Customer Experience/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and direct-to-customer marketing
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
- Experience with content creation and campaign execution
- Knowledge of web, events, social, and enablement channels
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of the market landscape and execute outbound awareness and pipeline generation marketing campaigns to position Dynamics 365 as essential to modern customer experience transformation
- Harness AI and agents to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, and marketing innovation
- Deliver high-impact content across web, events, social, and enablement channels to drive engagement and adoption
- Build and optimize programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and loyalty
- Craft compelling messaging and stories that showcase how AI and agents elevate customer experiences across industries
- Own, manage, and execute customer evidence for the customer experience (CX) portfolio for written stories, videos, and on-stage speakers
- Define success metrics and continuously refine strategies for maximizing impact of marketing campaigns
Other
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in product marketing
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in product marketing
- OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience in product marketing, including leading outbound marketing, campaigns and content strategy
- Travel 0-25%
