Requirements

  • Experience leveraging AI for content generation and to accelerate execution
  • Experience in Customer Experience/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and direct-to-customer marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with content creation and campaign execution
  • Knowledge of web, events, social, and enablement channels

Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear understanding of the market landscape and execute outbound awareness and pipeline generation marketing campaigns to position Dynamics 365 as essential to modern customer experience transformation
  • Harness AI and agents to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, and marketing innovation
  • Deliver high-impact content across web, events, social, and enablement channels to drive engagement and adoption
  • Build and optimize programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and loyalty
  • Craft compelling messaging and stories that showcase how AI and agents elevate customer experiences across industries
  • Own, manage, and execute customer evidence for the customer experience (CX) portfolio for written stories, videos, and on-stage speakers
  • Define success metrics and continuously refine strategies for maximizing impact of marketing campaigns

Other

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in product marketing
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in product marketing
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years experience in product marketing, including leading outbound marketing, campaigns and content strategy
  • Travel 0-25%
