Meta Reality Labs is looking to establish the core flywheel of consumer and creator value for Meta Horizon, encompassing its economy ecosystem such as the Horizon Store, Meta Avatar wearables and digital goods, and platform quests and rewards, to set the business up for long-term success across VR and mobile products.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing developing go to market strategies and partnering closely with product teams
  • Experience managing a high volume of complex and ambiguous programs, with significant self-direction
  • Experience creating market requirement documents, including audience definition, positioning statements and value propositions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, adapting, spotting issues early, and escalating
  • Experience building partnerships with Product Management and cross-functional teams, to shape multi-year product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience building, launching, and scaling products and bringing products to market
  • Experience identifying and analyzing complex, long term, critical problems facing the relevant areas of the business and drove solutions for them

Responsibilities

  • Manage product marketing strategy and execution for the Meta Horizon economy product experiences
  • Partner with product leadership to influence product and business strategy with a view of customer and creator needs and market opportunities
  • Manage and maximize the ROI of a budget to support the VR and mobile content ecosystem.
  • Work hands-on with key stakeholders to advance project milestones and drive product market fit, including but not limited to prioritizing audience use cases and needs, identifying and sizing key markets to target
  • Design and lead go-to-market and growth strategy, communications, and execution in partnership with key stakeholders, such as Product Management, Marcom, Communications, and Product Growth teams to ensure we achieve our business goals and objectives
  • Consistently build productive internal partnerships, influence, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy

  • Lead a high performing team of product marketers, managing team performance and supporting career development and growth
  • Builds a trusting organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field
  • Demonstrated balance of creative and analytical thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework
  • Prior experience with managing virtual economies or storefronts in games, gaming, or consumer mobile applications
