Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
- Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification).
- Experience with Pragmatic Marketing or a similar product marketing framework.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Marketing Managers to translate GTM strategy into a detailed, end-to-end project plan for every launch.
- Define launch tiers (e.g., Tier 1-3) and establish standardized processes and deliverables for each.
- Establish clear launch goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and a framework for measuring success post-launch.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, proactively developing mitigation plans.
- Create and manage a master launch calendar and detailed project timelines (e.g., using Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) to ensure all deliverables are on track.
- Manage the "Go-to-Market Launch Checklist," tracking the creation and completion of all assets and activities.
- Track and report on launch KPIs to leadership, providing insights into performance and recommendations for future launches.
Other
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or product marketing within a B2B SaaS, or enterprise software company (preferably in the EdTech or Learning & Development (L&D) industry).
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field (or comparable mix of experience and education)
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional product or feature launches from start to finish.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously without letting anything slip through the cracks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, influence stakeholders, and clearly articulate complex information to different audiences.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset who can operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
