Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, graphic design and social media
- Experience in planning, writing, editing, design and production for print and digital projects
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Some knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and work management software
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote and position products and opportunities effectively in the market
- Use insights to tailor marketing strategies, target key audiences and drive awareness to achieve market acceptance and sustain long-term profitability
- Translate features into benefits to address customer concerns and monitor competitors' offerings to identify gaps and opportunities
- Conduct product training for employees and other audiences
- Analyze sales and market data to support planning and forecasting for making recommendations to achieve objectives
- Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and budget to achieve objectives
- Manage special projects and participate in other activities as assigned
Other
- High School diploma or equivalent and 7 year(s) of relevant experience; or 2 Year College degree and 5 year(s) of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree and 3 year(s) of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or closely related field, plus five (5) years of hands-on experience in a product marketing role with a demonstrated track record of driving growth
- Strong project management skills including attention to detail, quality assurance and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, stakeholders, vendors and the public
- Must be a self-starter, resourceful and collaborative
- Ability to solve problems and think strategically
- Ability to work with limited supervision
