Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote and position products and opportunities effectively in the market
  • Use insights to tailor marketing strategies, target key audiences and drive awareness to achieve market acceptance and sustain long-term profitability
  • Translate features into benefits to address customer concerns and monitor competitors' offerings to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Conduct product training for employees and other audiences
  • Analyze sales and market data to support planning and forecasting for making recommendations to achieve objectives
  • Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and budget to achieve objectives
  • Manage special projects and participate in other activities as assigned

Other

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 7 year(s) of relevant experience; or 2 Year College degree and 5 year(s) of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree and 3 year(s) of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or closely related field, plus five (5) years of hands-on experience in a product marketing role with a demonstrated track record of driving growth
  • Strong project management skills including attention to detail, quality assurance and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, stakeholders, vendors and the public
  • Must be a self-starter, resourceful and collaborative
  • Ability to solve problems and think strategically
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
