Broadcom's Enterprise Security Group is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market success of their enterprise security solutions.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including threat trends, compliance requirements, and enterprise security architectures
- Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics
- Familiarity with Broadcom’s cybersecurity solutions or equivalent enterprise-grade security products
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute successful GTM plans
- Create and oversee the development of customer-facing content
- Equip the sales team with tools, training, and resources to effectively communicate the value of security solutions
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing efforts
- Collaborate with industry analysts to position Broadcom as a leader in enterprise security solutions

- 8+ years of product marketing or related experience, with a strong focus on cybersecurity or enterprise technology
- Proven success in launching and marketing B2B enterprise security solutions
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product management, sales, engineering, and marketing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
