GoFundMe is looking to solve the problem of shaping the product experience, driving go-to-market strategies, and influencing roadmap development for their PLG + SaaS products to help people help each other.
Requirements
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Figma, Amplitude, and Crayon/Klue is a plus.
- Amazon presentation skills - both in creating decks as well as presenting internally and externally to customers.
- 6 - 10 years of B2B Product Marketing experience, ideally in hybrid PLG + SaaS environments.
- Proven success leading GTM for complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
- Strong writing and positioning skills—you translate complexity into clarity and resonance.
- Deep curiosity and analytical thinking—you seek out insights through data (quant and qual) to inform product and messaging decisions.
- Empathy for both customers and internal stakeholders—you know how to balance strategic influence with executional excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead tiered go-to-market strategies, from early ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Run beta programs and gather structured feedback to influence roadmap and messaging.
- Drive adoption-focused in-product messaging and influence lifecycle campaigns for self-serve users.
- Collaborate with demand gen and other key teams to launch integrated campaigns that support both product-led and sales-led motions.
- Act as a thought partner to PMs, product designers, and the research team —bringing customer, competitor, and market insights to shape priorities.
- Develop clear opportunity cases for roadmap items using voice-of-customer, user behavior data, and sales insights.
- Advocate for features and experiences that improve activation, retention, and monetization.
