Requirements

- Experience developing go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who can lead projects independently
- Track record of driving successful outcomes in SaaS or technology businesses
- Payments industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and enablement for new and existing products
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
- Build relationships with customers to develop deep customer empathy and an understanding of their needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to lead product launches and project manage towards successful execution
- Create collateral, including pitch decks, data sheets, case studies, and whitepapers, to enable sales
- Analyze sales and deal performance to inform data-driven decisions to improve messaging and enablement
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmap to align with market needs
