Responsibilities
- Dive deep into Radix's products, features, and value proposition-and translate them into benefits that resonate with customers.
- Craft compelling product narratives for campaigns, marketing channels, and sales conversations.
- Lead product launches and drive go-to-market execution for both new and existing customers.
- Develop external-facing content-slide decks, briefs, blogs, papers, multimedia, and more-aligned to campaigns, sales needs, and competitive threats.
- Partner with Sales to prepare and deliver training, sales kick-off sessions, and enablement materials.
- Create and execute outbound marketing initiatives that expand awareness and generate demand.
- Monitor KPIs, evaluate business performance, and deliver insights from customers and prospects back into Product and Sales.
Other
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market strategy (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments).
- Proven track record of creating compelling product messaging and successful go-to-market campaigns.
- Experience supporting and enabling high-performing sales teams.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Curiosity – You seek to understand customer needs and market dynamics deeply.
