- Lead product packaging projects, refining product communications hierarchy and coordinating with Graphic Designers for visual execution.
- Develop product messaging, ensuring differentiation from competitors and market engagement optimization.
- Create content for in-store activations, including videos, merchandisers, and POP displays for structured product marketing.
- Oversee development and deployment of launch materials, collaborating with print vendors and fulfillment companies.
- Act as a market intelligence expert, analyzing end-user purchasing behavior and key buying criteria.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing, refining structured campaign tracking workflows
