NEOGOV is looking to transform its portfolio of products into compelling stories that result in new sales and cross sales by developing product positioning and messaging, conducting research and analysis, leading go-to-market launches, creating content, and driving demand generation.

Requirements

  • Experience using AI tools for research, content, and enablement workflows.
  • Strong background in customer and prospect insights with proven impact on GTM.
  • Skilled at turning research into actionable messaging, positioning, and sales tools.
  • SaaS experience required
  • HR tech/GovTech a plus
  • 3–6 years in product marketing, product management, or market research

Responsibilities

  • Develop product messaging kits that serve as an internal guide for how we market, sell, and differentiate our products in the marketplace.
  • Conduct external market research on our core audiences, products, trends, competitors, etc.
  • Analyze and interpret subjective and objective datasets to inform decisions and influence product positioning and messaging.
  • Embed AI-powered workflows into research, content, and competitive analysis to boost efficiency.
  • Lead prospect & customer insights efforts: interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, and buyer research.
  • Create communication and marketing plans for the launch of new products, features, and releases.
  • Develop any needed collateral with input from customers and product managers needed for the launch.

Other

  • This role is hybrid from our Draper, Utah office. Remote arrangements may be considered for candidates outside Utah.
  • Travel approximately 5-7 times per year including to our annual customer conference, industry conferences, and team building events.
