Faith Technologies, Inc. is looking to redefine how energy is designed, applied, and consumed by supporting product launches, developing product marketing assets, and applying market insights to drive product-market fit for their assigned product category.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related functions.
- Experience in B2B or industrial markets preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Competent in leveraging market research and competitive intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Develops clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks for assigned product roadmap product launches, supporting growth, margin, and market share goals.
- Leverages research insights – guided but not conducted by product marketing – to shape customer-centric strategies, refine product-market fit, and inform product positioning and claims.
- Applies findings to enhance customer experience and support strategic decisions that align with business objectives.
- Develops and executes product marketing initiatives for assigned roadmap - including messaging, marketing toolkits, launch scorecards and campaign assets – to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention for innovation ‘big bets’, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Establishes and tracks metrics and KPI’s to measure the performance of product marketing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement.
- Develops and optimizes training, content, and tools that support the sales process and buyer journey, enabling teams to engage effectively and close deals.
