Flex is a growth-stage FinTech company aiming to solve the problem of expensive, inflexible, and difficult rent payments by enabling users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that fits their finances and budget.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on high-growth consumer or fintech environments.
  • Demonstrated success in owning and executing end-to-end go-to-market plans for major features or products, resulting in measurable improvements in adoption, engagement, or conversion.
  • Deep analytical skills: Adept at translating complex performance data (adoption, conversion, retention) into clear, actionable insights that directly refine messaging and GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end GTM plan for a major product or feature release for our core Rent product, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving measurable results.
  • Own the seamless delivery of the GTM plan into market.
  • Partnering with Design and Front-End Development to publish and optimize final assets across critical channels (e.g., website, app store, email), ensuring high conversion and message integrity.
  • Partner closely with Product and CRM teams to optimize in-product messaging and lifecycle communications to drive engagement, feature adoption, and retention for your focus area.
  • Conduct primary research and collaborate with our research team to synthesize a holistic view of the market and customer for your product area.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product strategy, messaging, and GTM.
  • Translating complex performance data (adoption, conversion, retention) into clear, actionable insights that directly refine messaging and GTM strategy.

Other

  • Own the end-to-end GTM cycle for new products and features.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for the renter to ensure product value is realized.
  • Lead the strategy—from positioning and narrative development to channel deployment and performance analysis—driving both customer satisfaction and key business outcomes for Flex.
  • Define customer pain points and the core value proposition.
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging and a consistent narrative that drives competitive positioning across all communication touchpoints.
  • Strong ability to partner with and influence peer teams (Product, Design, Analytics, CRM) to secure alignment and drive key initiatives forward.
  • A highly proactive and outcome-oriented mindset. You are comfortable diving into the tactical details of execution and driving projects independently from strategy definition through final optimization.
