WorkWave is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market success for their SaaS products by understanding customer insights, conducting market analysis, and developing product positioning and messaging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS space.
- Strong understanding of GTM processes and the full product lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable business strategy.
- Experience and openness to utilizing AI tools to create content and enablement.
Responsibilities
- Own execution of GTM strategy for assigned product(s) in partnership with the Growth Marketing team.
- Conduct ongoing voice of customer research, competitive intelligence, and market analysis.
- Define and maintain differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences by segment.
- Serve as the key Product Marketing representative for new product launches, migrations, and end-of-life efforts.
- Partner with Product Management and Sales to influence the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and market value.
- Partner with Support and Success teams to drive adoption, retention, and measure and improve customer health scores.
- Drive customer education, engagement and adoption of upsell modules within our existing customer base.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively and drive results in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience using Pendo, Salesforce, Salesloft, Navattic, or other interactive demo platform.
- Experience working with or around the field service industry.
