Chime is looking to drive strategy, execution, and growth for its lending and credit-building products by translating member insights, competitive intelligence, and product performance data into strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years leading end-to-end product and performance-driven marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated experience building and launching consumer-facing banking or technology products.
- Deep consumer lending experience, preferably at a high-growth, fast-pace consumer consumer technology brand
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines
- Results-driven, with a passion for using data to build marketing campaigns that solve business problems, drive business performance, and resonate with our member base
- Out-of-the-box, strategic thinker, ready to get creative and take risks building a consumer brand from ground level.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing processes to scale product marketing to succeed in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Operate as category and product expert, consulting to various business and marketing partners to support business and channel strategy
- Craft compelling positioning and messaging frameworks that speak to consumer and PR audiences.
- Build, own, and continuously update Product Marketing playbooks and consumer facing toolkits, enabling downstream channel partners
- Support go-to-market delivery through delivery of Product Marketing playbooks, target audience development, and strategic channel partnership and planning.
- Monitor social sentiment, conduct consumer research, and competitive market to generate product and campaign insights to drive product and marketing strategy.
- Partner with product to build long-term product roadmaps through deep audience understanding, driven by consumer research.
- Drive product awareness and adoption for portfolio products, through partnership with lifecycle marketing
