Requirements
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot, HubSpot, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Exceptional technical writing ability: you can translate complex product features and healthcare workflows into clear, accessible content.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for content ideation, drafting, and optimization while maintaining brand voice and accuracy.
- Experience producing video content including scripting, basic editing, and post-production for product demos, marketing material, or educational content.
- Familiarity with API and integration marketing.
- Experience creating customer enablement or co-marketing materials.
- Build and manage post-sale onboarding and adoption campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot to drive product usage and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Develop product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for Equiti's solutions that resonate with healthcare providers, administrators, and patients.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning for product launches and major feature releases.
- Assist with the creation of sales enablement materials including product-related pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, and competitive analysis.
- Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights gathering to inform product and marketing strategy.
- Define and refine buyer personas and customer journey mapping.
- Translate complex technical concepts and product features into clear, compelling benefits.
- Develop product content including solution briefs, technical documentation, case studies, and thought leadership.
Other
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B technology.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI.
- Experience building and managing customer lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, adoption, and engagement.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
