SailPoint is looking to define and communicate the value of its identity security solutions, specifically visibility and advanced security offerings, to customers and the broader market. The goal is to position SailPoint as a leader in identity security through effective go-to-market strategies, messaging, and content.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or thought leadership, preferably within security, identity and access management, identity security, SaaS enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated a track record of success creating and executing GTM initiatives and content strategies that drive measurable impact.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with experience presenting to executives, sales teams, and external audiences.
  • Proven ability to create content that engages buyers and accelerates the sales cycle.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, sales, and field teams to drive market alignment and execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving market landscape with the ability to adapt and refine messaging as identity security advances.

Responsibilities

  • Own and refine the narrative for SailPoint visibility and advanced security offerings and articulating how SailPoint addresses customer needs across security, governance, compliance, and risk.
  • Build and oversee comprehensive GTM plans that drive awareness, demand, and adoption globally.
  • Create creative and compelling content across formats, executive briefs, white papers, sales decks, blogs, webinars, etc., that communicates value and drives engagement.
  • Help establish SailPoint as the trusted authority in identity security through storytelling, content, and customer-focused narratives.
  • Analyze trends, customer challenges, and competitor positioning to inform differentiated messaging and GTM strategies.
  • Deliver impactful enablement assets, plays, and training to equip global field and partner teams with clear, differentiated positioning.
  • Help define success metrics for content, GTM, and enablement programs; track effectiveness; and refine strategies to maximize outcomes.
