CoStar is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and demand generation for its suite of B2B products, aiming to connect data-driven solutions with business customers and drive awareness, adoption, and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within data, SaaS, technology, or analytics-driven industries.
  • Proven success in designing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated product marketing strategies that drive growth across B2B customer segments.
  • Define differentiated value propositions that articulate CoStar’s industry-leadership in data, analytics, and technology.
  • Lead launch planning for new features, enhancements, and market initiatives.
  • Design multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, content marketing) to generate awareness and demand.
  • Create engaging, customer-focused content including web copy, case studies, testimonials, videos, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Build narratives that simplify complex concepts and resonate with decision-makers.
  • Leverage customer insights, competitive analysis, and marketing analytics to inform positioning, optimize performance, and refine go-to-market approaches.

  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence across levels and functions.
  • Demonstrated track record of collaboration in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for conferences, client meetings, and team collaboration.
