Branching Minds aims to empower educators to effectively, efficiently, and equitably support students' holistic needs, creating a path to academic and personal success for every learner. The company seeks to be the most effective national K12 school district solution for achieving high-fidelity MTSS/RTI, saving teachers time, improving student outcomes, and eliminating achievement gaps. The Product Marketing Manager will build the product marketing function and manage go-to-market strategies to achieve these goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing best practices and the product launch process.
  • Excellent, compelling audience-first messaging and copywriting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Experience with Canva, Asana, Guru, and/or similar tools.
  • Have MTSS knowledge
  • Have EdTech experience

Responsibilities

  • Champion market and competitive intelligence efforts to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Develop, test, and iterate product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to secure product and message market fit.
  • Gain insights through qualitative and quantitative data, including market trends, internal reporting, and customer feedback, to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Create and provide customer-facing collateral and resources that reflect a clear understanding of buyer needs, product features, and market dynamics.
  • Co-own the planning and execution for new services, products, and feature launches, ensuring alignment with customer-facing teams.
  • Develop effective marketing collateral (e.g., webinars, blogs, guides, demo videos) and sales enablement assets (e.g., pitch decks, demo scripts, email sequences) to support product adoption and go-to-market efforts.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities and content tailored to regional initiatives and target accounts in collaboration with the Sr. Manager of Demand Generation

  • Outstanding attention to detail and project management skills to coordinate competing requests from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity.
  • Know the ins and outs of the K-12 education industry
  • Are comfortable with spearheading video content creation (editing and production not included) and facilitating webinars
