TikTok's SMB global business operation team aims to provide advertising product solutions to SMB advertisers, to grow SMB advertisers together.
Requirements
- Candidates with experience or background in internet advertising, products, or We Media are preferred.
- Clear logic, strong data analysis ability, proficient in using tools such as Excel and SQL are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of global GTM strategy for AI CRM products, including market survey, competing product analysis, knowledge management, and sales empowerment.
- Support communication between products and global sales teams, promote the implementation and application of CRM-related tools.
- Participate in the planning and production of content for AI knowledge management products.
- Combine Data Analysis to output product insights and optimize GTM strategy.
- Responsible for cross-team communication, promoting project execution according to plan, and ensuring the smooth implementation of GTM plan.
Other
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree.
- At least 6 months of on-the-job time, able to work in the office for more than 3 days per week.
- Good cross-cultural communication skills, able to support global market demand.
- Possess strong self-motivation, teamwork ability, and project management skills.
