Meta Reality Labs is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to build and market social immersive products and experiences that inspire meaningful human connection, creation and self expression for Meta Horizon on VR
Requirements
- Experience partnering closely with product teams
- Experience with product launches and consumer campaigns
- Experience developing and driving analytically rigorous online and offline marketing campaigns
- Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast changing environment across functions (e.g., integrated marketing, legal, policy, product, partnerships)
- Experience with customer research and using data and insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy
- Experience creating go-to-market documents, including defining audience, positioning, value proposition and success metrics
Responsibilities
- Shape product roadmaps through market and customer research, competitive analyses, audience segmentation and sizing across multiple product areas
- Build foundational lifecycle and engagement strategies that drive onboarding, engagement, and retentive usage
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product launch and go-to-market strategies, including goals, channel plans, messaging, asset development and integrated launch planning with cross functional partners
- Demonstrate understanding of the Virtual Reality and software ecosystem for users and represent the market within the organization
- Drive target audience definition, value proposition, messaging development, content creation, and go-to-market channel activation across audiences to achieve awareness, adoption, and retention goals
- Partner with brand and integrated marketing on outbound marketing strategies and programs to drive awareness, adoption and long term engagement
Other
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field
- BA or BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience presenting to cross-functional leadership stakeholders
- MS or MBA degree (preferred)
