Meta is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager to support the Metaverse Trust PMM team, focusing on making Meta's metaverse products a trusted destination for everyone, particularly for the Youth and Family audience within Meta Horizon. The role aims to address the needs of preteens, teens, and parents regarding trust and safety, and to drive acquisition and growth for these products.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field
  • Experience with product launches and consumer campaigns
  • Experience creating go-to-market plans, including defining audience, positioning, value proposition and success metrics
  • Experience analyzing data, and translating to insights that support product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Understanding of Mobile Platforms and Virtual/Mixed Reality
  • Balance of creative and analytical thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework

Responsibilities

  • Influence product roadmaps with a customer-centric perspective by leveraging audience segmentations, research, and insights from other product categories.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute product launch and go-to-market efforts.
  • Drive target audience definition, value proposition and messaging development, content creation, and GTM channel activation across audiences to achieve awareness, adoption, and retention goals.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the virtual reality and mobile ecosystem for users and be the advocate of the market within the organization.
  • Analyze data, and translate to insights that support product development and go-to-market strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant marketing, communications or business experience
  • Experience working independently and adapting in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, identifying and escalating issues early and often
