The company is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive consistent, profitable growth in revenues through leveraging the capabilities of the product portfolio.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data and competitive insights into actionable business strategies and product specifications
- Understand the implications of various business models for the business, on customers and on the financial results
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Understanding of industry dynamics, customer needs, and market challenges is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop and guide new business model strategy and its integration in existing systems (Full ERP, I-Rent)
- Define the North American product portfolio strategy that drives sustainable growth and increases the value of core products
- Pave the way towards the North American launch and adoption of new products
- Ensure widespread sales adoption of the product portfolio through strategic training initiatives
- Monitor the product portfolio and its performance based on core company and product KPI’s
- Act as the bridge between engineering teams and market demands, aligning product development with customer needs and business goals
- Foster regular alignment with various departments to drive continuous value creation and guarantee operational readiness and profitability
Other
- Academic background in Economics, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent by experience
- 5+ years of experience in successful portfolio management and strategic business development
- Self-assured self-starter who is eager to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and senior management teams
- Forward thinking with a constant requirement to develop and improve not only the individual but also the department
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid environment after the first 90 days
