Meta is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager to support the development and go-to-market execution of their next suite of Wearables products. The goal is to ensure these products have clear customer value and relevant use cases, ultimately bringing Wearables to millions of consumers.

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field
  • Effective hands-on tactical execution
  • Experience with consumer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience in product marketing, developing go-to-market strategies, and partnering closely with product teams
  • Experience in consumer tech hardware and/or software for hardware products

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product teams to inform the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for new products
  • Input into product positioning, naming, audience definition and sizing for future Device programs
  • Support market assessment and sizing through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the consumer point of view internally with Product Management and cross-functional teams in the prioritization, design, and development of devices and experiences
  • Support the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy across the organization that is grounded in user insights and market dynamics
  • Support the go-to-market cross-functional teams toward execution and launch of the go-to-market strategy through end-of-life
  • Maintain comprehensive launch plans that outline objectives, key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs and ensure timely completion of go-to-market phases

Other

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field
  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Analytical acumen
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
