Requirements
- Experience in digital advertising, video content and using Generative AI tools for business use cases
- Experience using data analytics to identify user insights, opportunities and testing
- Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related analytical experience
- Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data
- Experience working in one or more of the following fields such as growth, product, brand, social or partner marketing or research
Responsibilities
- Build strategy for SMB video advertising to unlock growth for Ads
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and creative working with the channel and program teams for global rollout
- Collaborate with Finance and strategy and operations teams on budgets and forecasting paid media plans
- Develop business strategy and product roadmap using customer research, technology and business objectives
- Manage data and performance reporting analysis to measure impact and refine strategy
Other
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in growth marketing
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
