To drive the end-to-end commercialization of key Prolaris initiatives and ensure Myriad remains a market leader in this space
Requirements
- 8+ years of in-house marketing experience with 5+ years of B2B clinical product marketing preferred
- Clinical knowledge or understanding of oncology or urology with marketing product launch in these therapeutic areas preferred
- Product upstream marketing experience for an HCP / patient-facing physician audience in biotech, medical device, or similar industry required
- Experience launching and supporting existing products
- Experience owning and driving product and product portfolio marketing strategy and tactics
- Creating clinical marketing content
- Managing agency relationships, priorities, and budgets
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of multiple strategic launch initiatives for the Prolaris product line
- Define and approve launch strategies, KPIs, and post-launch measurement frameworks to ensure tangible business impact
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and market trends, and translate these into actionable strategic plans
- Oversee the development of high-quality launch assets, including targeted sales enablement tools, customer-facing campaigns, and educational resources
- Monitor and analyze launch performance against defined KPIs, including adoption, market share, and revenue growth

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences, business, or related field or equivalent experience in Marketing required; advanced degree preferred
- 15-20% travel
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams at all levels
