Paytronix and SHR are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to craft compelling messaging and content for strategic products, launch new solutions, and support best-in-class value proposition creation to help brands maximize the lifetime value of their guests and grow more profitable businesses.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and analytics
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM software)
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Understanding of goal and KPI attainment
  • Internship or relevant coursework in marketing or product management is a plus
  • Experience drafting and responding to RFPs

Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing and delivering the value proposition of the products to the marketing and sales teams
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Assist with creating go-to-market strategies and value propositions for new features, functionality and products
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including product brochures, presentations, and digital content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute product launch campaigns, promotional activities, and sales enablement tools
  • Help to coordinate and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that we receive from prospective clients
  • Work closely with product management, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
