Sealed Air is looking for a Technical Packaging Specialist to service equipment and develop and promote the sale of Sealed Air products by establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships with new and current customers.
Requirements
- 3 + years of high-level mechanical and troubleshooting expertise
- Excellent mechanical skills and use of tools, including a voltmeter.
- Read and understand technical drawings and troubleshooting charts
- Accomplished computer skills and MS Office knowledge
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Provide technical service on Sealed Air Equipment when needed.
- Lead all Installations and operator training for New and existing Customers
- Develops accounts by checking customers' buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
- Maintains end-user equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards, recommending improved policies and procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.

- High School Diploma; BA/BS Degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel overnight
- Self-sufficient and self-disciplined with a very positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop existing business.
